With around 5 minutes to go, USF’s undefeated season was in jeopardy. They found themselves down 3 to a very good Fresno State team that was just playing more physically than them. And then the Dons seemed to flip a switch. Fresno State would only score 3 more points, and the Dons would end the game on an 11-3 run.
The Dons were once again led by Jamaree Bouyea. Bouyea started slow, shooting 1-6 with only 2 points in the first half. Bouyea exploded in the 2nd, scoring 25 points and shooting 10-12 from the field. It seemed like every shot he took went in, and he led the Dons comeback down the stretch. He was not the only thing that propelled the Dons in the 2nd half though. The raucous USF crowd, with the encouragement of Head Coach Todd Golden, shifted the momentum of the game. The gym was packed, and noise levels reached a point usually reserved for Gonzaga. Behind Bouyea and the crowd, the Dons closed out the game and won 71-63.

Very vivid description of the action of the game and the excitement of the crowd. Well done!
